This morning my Gen8 greeted me with a blinking amber colored led bar :-\
After some doodling inside the various HP tools, it became apparent that disk1 (15 months old) was defect or missing. (lovely conundrum...)
I took out the drive, and added it into a Win7 system to see what's up, and it shows as RAW now in the disk management tools.
Win7 immediately complained about a non formatted drive...
In the past I had a drive or two doing this, and one time was able to restore the drive back into ntfs, with the data recovered. Much to my surprise....
As this is a server disk, I'm not really want to do this, especially because I'm running RAID.
Anyone can chime in as to how this could happened, and how I can check if the drive is still OK, and this a nasty and unfortunate fluke.
As data related things go, it looks like the server will rebuild with a new disk replacement. Right?
Tips and tricks are welcomed,

Some days are great, and I love my Lumia 925, enjoy using the OS and all my apps.
Other days, everything becomes annoying. Podcast apps lose my last played location, apps don't respond to bluetooth connections correctly, push notifications never come, and whenever I am in a hurry, every app takes FOREVER "Resuming..." or loading new data.
My friends on 920 state the same, but seem more tolerable. Coming from iOS and Android (iPhone 1 through 5, and the Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Optimus G Pro)... I am not use to this behavior. Those experiences are far more consistent, love them or hate them.
How does everyone else feel using Windows Phone 8 as their daily driver? Everyday can't be great, when it gets tough... where are the problems? Those days that are pleasant, what really stands out? General question... are the issues OS level or app/dev level? I plan to explore the answers to the above more thoroughly, and am curious on the thoughts of others.
Okay so today Best Buy opened up pre-orders for the Nokia Lumia 920! I hopped in my car and drove down to ours and got my self one pre-ordered.
One thing though, if you pre-order at the store, it is only the matte black one. I was really wanting the cyan one but black will do. That was my second choice.
On the otherhand, if you pre-order online, you can choose which color. Weird, I know... Colors you can choose from are: Black, Red, Yellow, Cyan, White.
As of right now, AT&T has not started pre-orders. I called and verified that with them.
