I'm loving this phone so far! Only thing I am missing from my 8x is the size, weight, Beats audio, and beauty! (yes I consider the 8x the most beautiful phone I have ever seen in my life)

I took a look at a 928 yesterday. Having had only 1 smart phone, an HTC Trophy (which I'm still using), I found the 928 to be leap years ahead of what I'm using! I totally loved it! I'll be very interested in reading what you say in your blog posts and on the podcasts, Dave. I would have gotten the 928, but my work situation isn't too stable at the moment. That has to be settled before I get another 2 year contract. :(

I agree, I love the 8X. If it had the Nokia support behind it, that would be my main device.

Awesome... Dave is in the Windows world now...

I have two friends at work that have the 928.  My thoughts were that after having the 920 for a while it looks a lot alike.  I didn't like that you can't see the color from the front, however I like the way they made it lighter.  It was also interesting that it looks like Nokia took a lesson from the Apple book of how to make things seem thinner.  I laid my 920 down on the table next to the 928 and it was actually so close in width as the 920 that we couldn't tell a difference.  However, if you look at the phone at any angle it seemed thinner with the hard corners and curved back.  This is not a bad thing, just something we noticed.  We also noticed that it was slightly longer than the 920 but just a smidge.  My friends that got the 928 loved it and raved about the pictures.  The flash on it is insane.  I still think I am seeing spots.  In the end this looks like a great device and looks to be a good evolution of the 920.  Verizon people can now see what us AT&T people were getting.

I wasn't able to mess with the phone much this weekend but I've been writing still.  I think I have about 5 articles planned so far.  I've written a little for each one.  I can't wait to talk about in on the podcast.

Overall, I'm really enjoying it.  I have plenty to share with you.

I was really hoping this would be much better than the 8x. But I guess nothing meets everyone's expectations.

What would make it better than the 8x?
