Yep I was right the guy gave me bad information. They are going with the list doesn't matter if you are here or not. Oh and another thing the guy didn't know the pen had a right click on it. I knew because that's how it was on windows 3.1 for pen computing.

      The Microsoft Store has the off contract AT&T and Verizon variants of the LTE enabled Nokia Lumia 2520 for only $399. Again, no contract required so you could in theory use this as a WiFi only device.  I am still using mine and love it. I am rocking the AT&T black model.
