zzgus
Hi everybody. I'm in the process of buying a second server and have thought in the HP Gen 8. I have some basic questions: 1 - Is it possible to add more than 4 disks? they could be placed in the exterior of the case, no worry for that, I would only know what are the options. (I DON'T NEED RAID as my software used (UNRAID) takes care of the raid in the case I would need a raid card to add more SAS/SATA ports.) 2 - Is 16GB the max allowed? Does it supports 32GB (16GB + 16GB) ? 3 - Does it support more that 4 x 4TB drives? Does it support 5/6/8 TB configurations? ThankyouGus

zzgus
The point was to show 8TB drives work fine you give people plenty of info and it confuses them.. Usually too much information is worst. Allways be concise :-) or at least add a brief explanation. How many drives do you have attached? how are they attached? Thankyou @Shonk !!! at least you're helping me ;-)
