Luma cancellation-return-refund stories

Submitted a return request yesterday; received response today asking for a reason. Listed many of the same reason others have here. Let's see where this goes.

Just got a response back. Not as much friction as you guys it seems. Here is their response:




Thank you for taking the time to offer this incredibly constructive and thorough feedback. It's customers like you that have helped us really hone in on our areas of opportunity. We hope that possibly a later iteration of Luma might meet more of your networking needs.

The only information I'll need to process your refund is as follows:

Best address to make the return label to. 
Best number for you. 
Best email to send the return label. 
Is the card you used during the pre-order process still valid? If not, we can cut you a physical check and send it to the address of your choice.

Thank you again for being an early supporter of Luma, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know where we can improve.
