I ended up making my own out of 20mm MDF a few rack strips off Amazon, and 2 coats of emulsion!

Its just a start, but the results are below:

I gave up on server racks and just went with an Elfa rack.  More options that way.

I went a bit more traditional.  This is sort of in transition so excuse the mess.  Also have my VM server mounted in a closet in a different room.

Mine looks terrible. Just mounted it tonight and I need to get extensions for all the network cable to reach the patch panel. So until then the cabling will be a gigantic mess. 4b4d208bbbb2d06035c65071c0efabaa.jpg

Doors aren't on yet, my whole upstairs is a huge mess since I'm cleaning out closets etc

Pcdoc, do you happen to have a link for the vertical cable organizer that you use on your rack?

I am too embarrassed to post my server room until it gets cleaned up.

The agreement was I get an air conditioned closet. I get half the room my wife gets storage on the other side for stuff hat needs storage by climate control (wedding dress, etc)

I have the wire shelves from closetmaid which is cheap (good) and sometimes hard to position things (bad)
