jmwills 284
What makes you think it is a driver issue? More thank likely you have a bad cable or one that is not properly seated.
apashi 0
I'll double check that.
apashi 0
No problem with my connection, everything is ok. I still get no disk to select where to install windows! I use Rufus utility to make a bootable usb stick with windows iso file. Is this any problem?
jmwills 284
If you plug the Rufus drive into another computer, do you see a Windows type logo on that drive letter? Now I see the issue. You have a Gen8 or similar machine which means you will need to createca RAID0 array for the SSD drive.

jmwills 284
Not a true Windows logo but the newer design. Use this one. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool Also, download the iso again.
apashi 0
I try with new ISO and also checked file hash. I also use Rufus to update my MS Gen8 with Proliant Service Pack 2015.10 with no problem. See the screen attached.
