New Plex Update for PlexPass Users Now Supports 2 New Synology NAS's

PlexPass users now have access to v0.9.15.1.1639 and according to the release notes they now support Synology DS216Play and DS716+, Could this mean they now take advantage of the hardware trans-coding in these units? If so that could mean installing 'Plex Media Server' on Synology and be able to do real-time trans-coding of full 1080P movies. I have not dug into this to much yet. Thoughts?
