Vail on Atom?

Has anyone tried installing the latest Vail build on an atom-based system? Specifically, I'm looking for someone using the D510 or D525. I just built a Core i3 system for an HTPC, but would really like to build an Atom-based WHS for Vail if the performance is reasonable. I just need to know how Vail performs.

My current WHS machine is an old P4 2.4 GHz and it runs a bit slowly, but acceptably. It also uses about 120 Watts, so I'd like to cut that in half, at least.

I loaded Vail on Project BIOS Reset (BYOB episode 11) which had a GigaByte D510 and 2gb RAM. Just poking around it seemed to run fine. But I didn't really do any serious testing as this was supposed to be my production replacement.

Considering the transcoding it does out of the box (although limited), the better grade of add-ins that will be available, and the possibility of adding things like MyMovies or things like that I would not go with the Atom. Fine for stock but you will back yourself into a corner in short order. My two cents.
