I created a simple LED blinking app and connected a LED to my Raspberry Pi 2 Model B with Windows 10 IoT Core.  I followed the instructions from the Microsoft Windows Dev Center at http://ms-iot.github.io/content/en-US/win10/samples/Blinky.htm and used Visual Studio that I had loaded onto my Laptop running Windows 10 Pro.  The Microsoft instructions were detailed and everything worked well.  The 220 Ohm resistor I needed for the Raspberry Pi 2 I obtained from my local Radio Shack https://www.radioshack.com/  While at Radio Shack I also picked up some 330 Ohm resistors for use with my Dragonboard 410c later on as well as some extra LEDs.
