Joe_Miner
Welcome to the Forums HeadRat! From pictures the Geforce 960 GTX Mini appears to take the space of two slots (though it plugs into 1 PCIe slot) which may be too much space requirements -- have you checked the Video links in http://homeservershow.com/forums/index.php?/topic/5639-proliant-microserver-gen8-links/ for what other's are using? I have run a HD6450 for awhile in my G8 https://youtu.be/BpPa0ZaMDZ0 The PCIe slot area is sort of a dead zone as far as air circulation so I would suggest looking at any additional cooling requirements you may need for an add-on card there
gordan
If you are after an Nvidia card, a GT630 fits and works.
sal
I don't think the gen8 have 6pin 12V power that the Geforce 960 GTX Mini needs. besides its 100W which is going to be too much for the 150W US and probably even for the 200W EU PSU
