Seagate to acquire LaCie
Forbes is reporting that Seagate has announced plans to purchase the “premium” storage maker LaCie. We have followed the products coming from the Paris based LaCie for a while and wonder what will come of it’s “premium” storage moniker. There is a bit of red tape to get through until a set dollar amount is reached but the acquisition should be completed by the third quarter of this year.
