		<description>My opinion: manufacturers don&#039;t really care about the quality of computer tuners, and probably get pressure from cable companies to make them less than great. </description>

		<description>yes, i have made the same observation several times over the past years. 
tv tuners for pc&#039;s seem to be crappy, they always were. 
it has been like that with analog tv, and now it&#039;s the same with digital. 
and it&#039; s not only us, if i look on my favorite internet shops, all the tv tuners have pretty bad evaluations. 
i don&#039; t know the reason, but i think many people would be willing to pay more fore a decent tuner. 
personally, i am now only using satellite, and the situation is much better for me </description>
