This deal is from VANTEC NST-D100SU NexStar 2.5/3.5′ target=_blank>ZipZoomFly.com.  Its not very pretty but I like the fact that it’s USB and eSata.  I like the ability to instantly plug a drive in to my WHS or other machines.  It’s $34.99 with a $15 rebate.  End price is $19.99.  Not bad!

I used a cleaner solution to an external hard drive on my home built WHS.

Startech.com sells a 3.5in SATA hard drive hot-swap bay that allows you to install two 2.5in SATA drives in an available or unused 3.5in floppy drive bay.

That’s a great item for a home built WHS. There are all kinds of these bays out there.

I like the docks because I can move them around from PC to PC if need be.

Thanks for the comment. Anyone else using a dock or multiple drive bay?
