There are a lot of dark areas I wanted exposed, which is why I went with a 7 shot exposure and the heavy HDR was on purpose for this shot.  For my normal landscape shots, I don't want anything like this.  There I want a much lighter touch.

I was a 7 shot HDR with 1 stop brackets. It's a badly done HDR.

Don't forget the fridge with drinks.  You can just see the edge of it in the extreme left had side of the image near the computer on the floor.  While I do have Media Center and can watch TV, there is no TV in the room.

And there is a small fridge with drinks just out of the camera's reach.  The basement doesn't have HVAC run to it yet, so during our hot summers, I need that portable AC, especially with all that gear.

 

I new chair is high on the list.  Plus, I am actually going to be totally re-doing the desk at some point.
