Good stuff! FYI, it sounds cheesy, but when I built a carputer a while back, I ended up using a low tempurature hot glue gun to secure many of my connections. It helped to keep cables secure as I was installing the hardware in my car, and I was also worried about heat build-up wiggling those cables. So, if you are stuck using cheapies, then this might be a way to keep them from wiggling.
