Who has the bad juju going on here?

People start posting about a failed SSD drive and kaboom! I lose one. Within a few days people are posting about losing drives in thier 2720 array and cowabunga dude! I lose a 2 TB drive this morning.

I plead with you all....no more posts! :)


OCZ replaced the SSD drive within a week with minimal hassle but let's see how I can RMA this Hitachi drive! I have no idea where I even bought the stupid thing!

This site can cause a lot of issues, bad karma, spending lots on hardware, breaking stuff etc.
Every now then though you have a major win :D

At least the RMA process has been easy.

Rebuilding the array this morning and when I left for work, it said about 4 hours. Hopefully I will have happy news this afternoon. HDD prices for 2TB have really shot up here lately.
