I recently archived a system backup I didn't think I would need again, so of course now I want
it back. I have searched, but can't seem to find a way to unarchive a backup so I can restore
it to a client PC. Is this possible?

I remember doing a restore from a archived backup once. If I recall correctly you don't have to unarchive the backup in order to do the restore. I think that the archive just tells the server to sop doing backups for that client. Once you restore it seems like it moves back to a normal backup spot but if that doesn't work you can try re-installing the connector and make a new backup.
