What's neat about the motherboard is that it support 6 sata ports, 5 internal drives and one for the slot loading DVD.
I heard that the wifi is weak.

I'll ask him to confirm the eSATA port is Port Multiplier aware. (for more 5 drives, like EX495 is for SansDigital TR5M units)

From what I've read online, the Zotac H67 Mini-ITX motherboard's eSATA port does *not* support port multiplication. Best solution is to add a PCI-E x1 card that does. Looks like you want a card with the ASMEDIA ASM1061 chipset.
It would be nice if they sold you just the case, power-supply and heatsink. Unless the problem with the heatsink is that it expects the socket 1155 footprint to be in the exact location supplied on the Zotac board...
