I've been looking to build a new box for a while now and never pulled the trigger.

I noticed the z68 boards started to come out and they are about the same price as the h67 boards. I plan on using integrated video for this project.

Any reason to not get a z68 over an h67 board?

For a standar PC or server build you can use either. The Z68 will now support overclocking on the HDMI version and quikc sync on the non HDMI versions. For most this is not an issue expicaill on a server. If it is the same price, then go for the z68 if you can save money on H67a then go for that. I just bought an H67a for $90 for my server yesterday as I did not need the features of the Z68 as well as it is a new chipset and I do not want to experiement with a new chipset in my server.
